At this time there is no work backlog, therefore orders will receive prompt attention.  Typical turn times, after inspection, are 48 hours, (ERC reports up to 72 hours).  Rush requests can be honored when scheduling permits.

We are current members of the ERC offering Relocation Appraisal Services for all areas of coverage.

We are also on the FHA Appraisal Roster offering FHA Appraisal Services in the State of Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC.

Primary areas of coverage are the following counties of Maryland; Anne Arundel, Howard, Montgomery and Prince Georges.  Secondary coverage areas include Washington, DC, Northern Virginia and these Maryland Counties; Calvert, Frederick and Carroll.
